Jr. Lakers Skills & Play Overview

    This Jr. Lakers program will provide players, in the early stages of their basketball experience, the chance to engage and grow within the game. Featuring a fun and educational basketball environment, players of all abilities will be exposed to the following core fundamentals:
    • Ball Handling & Footwork
    • Effective & Proper Passing Skills
    • Scoring & Shooting
    • Live & Engaging Small-Sided Game Play (i.e. 1 v 1, 2 v 2, & 3 v 3)
    • Purposeful Defensive Techniques & Stances
    • Intangible & Valuable Skills Of Teamwork, On-Court Energy, & Court Knowledge
    • Controlled & structured 5 on 5 game play during select weeks of each session
